Quality optics
Levenhuk LabZZ M101 Azure is a children's microscope with high quality optics. Three objectives are installed in the revolving nosepiece - that allows users to quickly switch objective lenses without pausing observations. The unique feature of the model is its sliding two-position eyepiece with two magnifications - 10x and 16x. This eyepiece is very easy to use. The microscope produces six levels of magnification: 40x, 64x, 100x, 160x, 400x and 640x.
Exploring the microcosm
This model allows for viewing translucent objects. To observe a mosquito's wing or thin slice of indoor plant, place the sample on the round stage and fix it with clips. The lower light passes through the specimen and forms a magnified image in the eyepiece. The brightness level can be adjusted for a particular microscope sample.
Comfort and safety
The body is made of durable plastic: It is both lightweight and reliable. To avoid any fatigue during lengthy experiments, the head is inclined at a 45 degree angle. The illumination is powered by batteries - the microscope does not require a power outlet for its use. That is not only safer, but also much more convenient - a young biologist can take the instrument out on a walk.
