Levenhuk 700M biological microscope features a revolving monocular head. It moves 360° around its axis, allowing students or colleagues to follow the progress of research. The head is inclined at 45°– a comfortable angle for conducting lengthy microscopic research.
The revolving nosepiece is designed to accommodate 4 objectives. The kit includes achromatic lenses. The most powerful lens can be used for the oil immersion observing method. This method allows for increased brightness and sharpness of observed images. The microscope also comes with a pair of eyepieces: standard 20x eyepiece and 10x wide field eyepiece.
The microscope is equipped with built-in LED illumination with adjustable brightness. The Illumination is located below the stage and allows for viewing any transparent samples in transmitted light. A built-in Abbe condenser with iris diaphragm is used for accurate focusing of the light beam on the observed microscope sample. There are special levers to use for accurate centering.
The stage moves along horizontal and vertical axes. The coordinate scale allows you to check the accuracy of movement. The focusing mechanism includes a coarse and fine sharpness adjustment. The microscope body is made of metal.
