Free Domestic Shipping. Usual Shipping lead time (days before it ships) on All items is up to 5 Business days, Customized signs and Framed items might take 5 - 7 Business days depending on the customization request.
30 DAY RETURN MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if not satisfied or the item does not fit your project, return for a replacement or a refund within 30 days on all items except Custom Canvas, Custom Framed posters or any Custom Personalized signs unless they were received damaged, for they are created custom as per customers personalization requirements therefore they are not resellable. If you are not sure if a canvas, custom sign, framed or print on demand item will fit your project or room, order the art print/poster/sign first before making an investment into this item. The customer is all responsible for all return shipping unless the item was received damaged. All items must be returned in the same condition as received. 

If making a return, please email us first for proper return address and return authorization.

Most items are shipped in Air Tight Sealed Tubes or boxes. We usually ship via UPS, Fedex, if your package is going to a PO Box then USPS.

Canvas - Canvas prints will ship Fedex Insured. If you are located anywhere other than the continental US, Items are shipped via USPS Global Priority. As these items are already stretched, the pricing and policies will match those of our framed items.

Framed art (Free Shipping) will ship Fedex Ground in the United States or USPS. Outside the contintental United States, USPS Global Express is the shipping choice. For International customers you must be willing to wait 1 week for delivery and accept all responsibility for the package. Our money back guarantee and insurance will not cover packages shipped Internationally. This policy still remains as one of the lowest framed item shipping charges online.

Prints will arrive custom wrapped and shipped in a postal sealed tube. All of our framed art comes in custom packaging designed to endure the rigors of global shipping. If for any reason your piece arrives damaged, please let us know so we can rectify the situation. DO NOT ACCEPT THE TUBES OR PACKAGES IF THEY ARE BENT, DAMAGED, OR ANYTHING OTHER THEN ACCEPTABLE.
