Telescope
This refracting telescope features 50-mm objective lens diameter – quite enough for terrestrial and primary astronomical observations. This telescope allows observing the Moon and Solar System planets, as well as many terrestrial objects.
The kit includes two eyepieces. H12.5mm eyepiece provides 50x magnification power and is used for viewing lunar craters and the Solar System planets. The erecting 18mm eyepiece allows for getting direct images of observed objects, which is very convenient for terrestrial observations. The erecting eyepiece can also be used as a pocket microscope with 14x magnification.
The telescope is set on an altazimuth mount that allows you to move the telescope up and down or from side to side. The kit includes a convenient table tripod.

Microscope
The microscope allows observing of transparent microscope samples, such as thin slices of plants or aquarium water. This microscope comes with three objective lenses producing 75x, 300x and 900x magnification. To change the magnification power, simply switch the objectives by turning the revolving nosepiece.
The observed samples are illuminated by the light that reflects from the mirror. If natural light is not sufficient, you can also use the built-in illumination source. Levenhuk M20 Large Planisphere is a rotating star chart. It's a simple and fun way to model the real position of the stars in the sky at a particular date and time. The night sky, as you know, is constantly changing due to the Earth's rotation around the Sun and around its own axis. That's why our sky Planisphere will be irreplaceable if you want to easily and quickly locate a specific celestial object. On the star chart you can find stars brighter than third stellar magnitude.
Levenhuk M20 Large Planisphere is very easy to use. Just align the date on the star chart and time on the disk and you will see the representation of the night sky through the disk's oval window.
This Planisphere is designed for 45°-63° north latitude (Seattle is approximately 47° N, Anchorage is approximately 61° N) - that means that it shows you only the constellations that can be observed from these coordinates.

Optics
The lenses are made of quality multi-coated glass – that’s why the produced images are so contrast and crystal-clear. To change magnification power, switch the objectives lenses by turning the revolving nosepiece. 40xs lens (the most powerful one in the kit) is equipped with a special spring mechanism. If you accidently lower the lens too much and it touches the slide, the spring-loaded lens will push in, thereby protecting the lens and the slide from any possible damage.

Illumination
Combined illumination system allows you to observe a variety of microscope samples. Observe transparent samples (ready-to-use slides, thin slices of plants, etc.) in transmitted light by using lower lighting. Observe opaque samples (for example, paper or stones) with upper illumination. The microscope is also suitable for observing translucent (semi-transparent) samples – for that purpose use both illuminators together. You can also regulate the brightness level to achieve the best results with a particular microscope sample.
Body design and power supply
The microscope body is made of a durable metal; therefore the instrument can withstand intensive use in laboratories or colleges. To avoid any muscle strain during lengthy work with the instrument, the head is inclined at 45 degrees. The head also rotates 360 degrees around its axis – that means you can easily point the head in the needed direction, without moving the microscope body.

Even if you accidentally lower the lens too much and it touches the coverslip, the objective lens will retract, preventing any possible damage.
Illumination
The Levenhuk Rainbow 2L PLUS Azure Microscope is equipped with two bright LED lights. Use the lower lighting to observe transparent samples (thin slices of plants; aquarium water); the upper illumination is needed to study opaque samples (coins, stones, or paper). The microscope can also be used for viewing semi-transparent objects (with both upper and lower illuminations on). The brightness level can be regulated.

Colorful Levenhuk Rainbow 50L PLUS Lime Microscope is great for pupils who love biology classes, as well as medical students. Thanks to a wide magnification range and universal lighting, this model can be used for a wide range of applications – starting with exploring usual objects from our everyday lives and ending with conducting serious professional research. Optics
The microscope has three lenses, providing 64-640x magnification. 40xs objective lens is equipped with a special spring mechanism – when the spring-loaded lens touches the observed slide it pushes in, thereby preventing them both from scratching or cracking. The Barlow lens doubles magnification of the objective – it allows you to achieve 1280x magnification!
The optics are made of quality multi-coated glass. As a result, the images are always bright and contrast (which is very important when observing at high magnifications).
Illumination
The microscope is equipped with LED illumination with adjustable brightness. Lower lighting is used for observations of transparent objects – the structure of fruit peel, crystals of salt or sugar. To observe opaque samples, for example a coin, cloth or paper, use upper lighting. The microscope is suitable for working with semi-transparent samples as well – for that use both lights at once.
Body design and power supply
The reliable metal body of the microscope allows for its intensive use in schools and laboratories. The microscope is very convenient to work with – the head is inclined at an angle of 45 degrees for the most comfortable viewing position. It also rotates 360 degrees around its axis, which is great when working in a group.
The instrument works on AC power, as well as on batteries – that’s why you can use it at home or outdoors.
